BECKY
Financial Coordinator
Becky is a dedicated professional who's been with OVO for four years, bringing her expertise from a distinguished career as a retired Nurse Manager at UAB. When she's not at work, she thrives in the great outdoors, cherishing moments at Lake Martin with family, friends and two shamelessly spoiled rescue pups who run the show.
STECINY
Financial Coordinator
Steciny has been with OVO since 2023. She received her associates in business administration from Lawson State Community College in 2019. She thrives in the fast-paced environment that working at the office brings. She works hand in hand with Becky, and considers them the dynamic duo when it comes to all things insurance-related. She loves learning the ins and outs of the clinic, and you may even find her chairside, eager to learn. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family but especially her little boy and all the joys being a mother brings.
ELIZABETH
Treatment Coordinator
Elizabeth has been with OVO since 2021 and first became interested in orthodontics when her daughter was a patient of Dr. Sema's. She loves meeting new patients and supporting them throughout their orthodontic journey. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time at home or traveling with her two daughters and her amazing husband.
SUSAN
Scheduling Coordinator
Susan has been with Oxmoor Valley Orthodontics since 2019. She enjoys traveling with her husband, any outdoor activity, gardening, theatre and a tasty taco Thursday with friends. She also, enjoys wearing mouse ears while visiting Disney World.
KIM
Scheduling Coordinator
Kim retired from teaching middle school for twenty-six years in the spring of 2025. She began working at Oxmoor Valley Orthodontics in the summer of 2025. She has a passion for working with young people believing in their value and contributions they can make to society. She has worked with middle & high school students since she graduated from high school. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include walking & hiking, arranging flowers, reading, and music.
TAWANNA
Records/Lab Technician
Tawanna has been with us at Oxmoor Valley Orthodontics since 2015. She enjoys sports, playing pool/cards, crossword puzzles, being outdoors and hanging with friends and family. She has a soft spot for our youth and believes in helping them to better our future. Tawanna is also active in community services such as Jessie’s Place ( Women’s Shelter).
ANNIE
Records
Annie has been with OVO since 2024. She is currently earning a degree in healthcare management from UAB, with goals of pursuing a career as a pediatric dentist. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, gaming, and snuggling with her pup. She also enjoys photography and has recently started her own business.
TABATHA
Clinical Assistant
Tabatha (you can call her Tab) has been with OVO for almost one year and in ortho for nearly 15 years. Tab is newly married and loves doing anything with her husband and their two beautiful dogs. She also loves the beach, photography and any kind of crafts. Tab has a special place in her heart for all of our patients but really enjoys our patients who need a little extra love and care
HEATHER
Clinical Assistant
Heather ( we call her Fox) has been in orthodontics for nearly 25 years, sans a break to finish her Bachelors degree in Art at the University of Montevallo. She has a passion for her patients to have a beautiful smile, since she went through extensive orthodontic treatment as a child. She enjoys kayaking, creating art from metal and wood, and almost any activity outdoors! She is acitve in her Church along with her husband and three children.
KAYLINN
Clinical Assistant
Kaylinn has been an orthodontic assistant for 3 years. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. Kaylinn's hobbies include riding motorcycles and going to Smith lake with her husband and also rooting for the Auburn Tigers. Although Kaylinn doesn't have any children yet, she has plenty of fur babies to love on.
WILLOW
Clinical Assistant
Willow became an assistant with OVO in 2022 after developing an interest in Orthodontics as a patient of Dr. Sema's. She enjoys being crafty and spending time with family and friends. She is newly engaged and loves doing anything with her fiancé and fur babies.
